A fabulous one-bed apartment in the extremely popular Chamoissière residence in Le Monêtier les Bains, Serre Chevalier 1500. 'Cham' is perfect for a couple or a small family of two adults and two children, or even a few friends.
‘Cham’ is one of the most popular properties in Le Monêtier les Bains, Serre Chevalier (1500 altitude). It is one of a small number of apartments that form a chalet-style residence right at the foot of the pistes, with their own spa and swimming pool. You could not be in a better location for a skiing holiday – we thoroughly recommend it!
Built on top of the original thermal spa of Le Monêtier les Bains, you’re in for a special treat if you stay here. The residence boasts its own outdoor heated spa pool and also has an impressive sauna, steam room (hammam), and relaxation area – available to all guests at no charge and with private changing room. Great for non-skiers and skiers alike!
The apartment is best suited to two adults with two small children (although a third younger child could make use of the single chairbed), or a couple looking for a mix of convenience and luxury while staying in Serre Chevalier.
Watch the skiers and lifts from the sofa, or from the sunchairs on the quiet terrace. Children can happily play in the snow right in front of the terrace.
Within 100 metres is an equipment hire shop (20-30% discount), slope-side restaurant, British-run ski school New Generation Ski School Serre Chevalier and lift-pass offices, plus safe areas for children to sledge, play and generally have heaps of fun!
Walk within 350 metres for all the village amenities; no less than eleven restaurants at last count, a brilliant butchers, patisseries, handy supermarket, newsagents, bars, equipment hire and sports shops, museums, alpine gift stores, …

The outdoor heated pool is open every day 10:00 – 20:00 (summer) and 17:00 – 20:00 (winter). The sauna and hammam are open every day 17:00 – 20:00 when the pool is open. Please note that around mid-May until mid-June, and early December, the pool and spa are open weekends only. Annual closure is from early October to mid-December (please check the opening hours with us for these periods.)
