Melanie has been our on-the-ground agent in Serre Chevalier since we first bought our holiday apartment. She has been extremely helpful throughout and has endless enthusiasm and energy for both us and our guests. We work together very closely and take on board her numerous suggestions for changes/better ways of doing things and vice-versa – she is also open to feedback to improve her service.

Things used to be more straightforward for owners, with no on-line booking platforms and much less red tape. Nowadays, holiday lettings have become much simpler for guests but at the same time much more complicated for us as owners. We have developed a close working relationship with Melanie over the years and she has helped guide us through the changing landscape throughout. People often ask us why we need an on-the-ground agent when we have online booking platforms and we always say “for a stress-free life”!
