Carré Bleu (Chalets de la Chamoissière)

Located in the Chalets de la Chamoissière residence at the foot of the pistes, give or take 150 metres, ‘Carré Bleu’ offers lots of comfort and convenience for four guests, with the option of using the sofa for one guest and adding a baby bed.

Within metres of the chalet is the private spa for residents, including an outdoor heated pool with indoor and outdoor sunloungers, relaxation room, hammam, sauna and private changing room. Open every evening in winter, all day every day in summer and weekends during the interseasons. This is the perfect retreat for skiers and non-skiers alike!

Carré Bleu’s owners have repainted the apartment entirely following their purchase in 2023; they are already owners within the residence and know exactly what is needed for a successful and comfortable stay just minutes from the foot of Monêtier’s mountains.

The master bedroom has a double bed (160cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom can sleep two guests with lots of comfort, in either a double (160cm) or two single beds. Simply tell us what you would prefer. High quality bed linen and towels can be provided – in which case beds will be made, ready and waiting for you!

The lounge area has a built-in fireplace plus TV, DVD and CD/Radio/ipod-ipad docking station, and of course super-fast fibre. And, just wait until you see the elevated spacious terrasse, with direct views of the ski area and basking in sunshine for most of the day!

There is a huge amount of easily accessible storage space in this apartment, plus a ski locker with boot rack, ski room and a garage. If you travel by car in winter, use the covered car port to avoid digging the car out of the snow (although it is great fun on occasions!)

Within 150 metres is an equipment hire shop (20-30% discount), slope-side restaurant, British ski coach Gavin Crosby and lift-pass offices, plus safe areas for children to sledge, play and generally have heaps of fun!

Walk within 350 metres for all the village amenities; no less than eleven restaurants at last count, a brilliant butchers, patisseries, handy supermarket, newsagents, bars, equipment hire and sports shops, children’s play parks, museums, alpine gift stores, …
