When booking your ski holiday or accommodation with EurekaSKI you can enjoy discounted equipment hire in some key stores we recommend.

We have worked with AORAKI in Le Monêtier les Bains, Serre Chevalier 1500 since 2010 (where most of our properties are situated and where our partner ski school New Generation is based.) Prices vary depending on what type of skier/snowboarder you are and your age. The AORAKI team offer our guests a 20% discount throughout winter and 30% from Easter week onwards.

Note: Helmets are obligatory for all children (10 € for 6 days hire)

Can you recommend the equipment we need?

Since 2001 we have worked with numerous suppliers of skis, snowboards and ski boots. We will offer you invaluable advice so we can match equipment to your needs, whether hiring or buying.

Can you supply avalanche safety equipment?

We choose ORTOVOX® for all our avalanche safety gear; we use ORTOVOX® transceivers, rucksacks, shovels and probes in all of our high-end clinics and courses. These are included free of charge for all ski school clients. If you are interested in buying safety gear which is essential for skiing or snow-boarding off-piste, we will carefully consider what you need and order it for you.

Where can I hire touring skis/equipment?

We are delighted to recommend ELIXIR in Le Monêtier les Bains (Serre Chevalier 1500). Sylvain and Lucile provide an exceptional service to our guests. Prices are around 40€/day for touring ski deal and 60 €/day for the splitboard deal.
