Do you own a property you would like to rent out as a holiday let?

Run from an owner’s perspective (as owners of four rental apartments in Briançon), we know what its like to operate successful holiday lets and understand the mutual trust that’s required. We are here to take care of your property, help you achieve the income that you need and build and maintain a rewarding partnership.

How do we get your property ready for the short-term rental market?

• We visit your property together with you if possible, giving you honest feedback and advice on all areas of rental, as well as discussing likely pricing, occupancy and availability
• We take photographs of the property and its surroundings
• We get your property online on your chosen platform/s and our preferred Properties list, manage your bookings and keep you informed about local market rules and any restrictions
• We help you register your property with the local mayor’s office and are happy to organise your optional star rating classification with the Serre Chevalier Briançon tourist office

And then:

• We greet guests and ensure the care of your apartment during their stay
• We clean your property after every rental and when you require
• We maintain your property while working alongside local tradespeople and experienced artisans

We are open and clear about our management fees which are a fixed percentage of the net rental (the rental amount less expenses for bed linen, towels and cleaning which are charged to the guests).
